- Developed a Shipment Management Automation proposal with the Supply Chain team to increase usability and efficiency, and presented the proposal to the Regional Head of Operations
- Built, tested, and received adoption confirmation for a software solution that reduced time requirements by 98%

- Created the first drafts of the Workers Allocation Models based on past games records for the 2019 World Games and 2018 MENA Games that included 15 functional areas, 23 venues, and over 140 positions
