I have enjoyed working with Pegasystems and TCS, they gave me the opportunity to learn not just technical skills as part of the projects but also an understanding how global service markets work and customer interactions can be deciding factor in either making or breaking deals. My active choice to move into management studies was to carve a path for me to be involved in the business aspects of organisations and be able to make changes in the big picture of the companies.
Currently I am Pursuing my dual degree in Business administration specialising in Business analytics and Leadership. I have completed 5 units( Business process management, Finance, Accounting, People Management, Principles of Leadership) and am currently studying Economics, Organisational development and change and Descriptive analysis and data visualisation. These studies along with my prior experience help provide a strong foundation required for project analysis.
I am an active member of the Deakin Student association and the dodge-ball club that keeps me active and fit. I am a also a MATE Trainer that advocated proper bystander behaviour when witnessing acts of violence. We help create awareness about violence against women and how as bystanders we can intervene in a positive manner.
