Recent graduate in IT with experience in User Experience Research and Web Development seeking a junior position in UX. I enjoy reading about new technologies and new design techniques. What I enjoy about User Research is how I'm able to talk to users, empathise with them and understand why they are having problems with the product to find out how I can provide the best solution.
In 2016, I did an internship in a Melbourne based User Research firm, tasked with the redesign of a not for profit organisation. Was offered freelance work to further gain exposure and experience as a junior Researcher at the same firm.
In 2017, I was part of a team responsible for redesigning a new website for a primary school in Cranbourne as a developer.
