Hey all! My name is Phuong Lam. I have recently graduated from Masters of Arts Management at RMIT university, and previously studied Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) in Swinburne. The most recent study I have completed was UX/UI Design Transform Course at Academy Xi.
With a strong background of planning community events within local councils, I have gained valuable skill sets from customer satisfaction to project management.
