I’m currently pursing Masters in Management (Human Resources) at the University of Melbourne. I’m a business administration graduate from Heriot Watt University, UK (Dubai campus) and worked as HR Executive in the Change Management and Organisational Development section of the HR department in Fidelity National Financial India (Bangalore).
My previous role involved implementing various projects under change management with the view of standardising and restructuring various units of the organisation.
Earlier I was employed with Etihad Airways as Ground Service Agent at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
