About Anastasia

Currently in my last semester of my psych undergrad at RMIT whilst working casually as a Customer Service Office for PTV at Southern Cross Station. Prior to this I worked for over seven years in customer service for the Apple Store Doncaster, as well as a stint at Melbourne Museum.
As for psychology specifically, I was lucky enough to gain a paid research assistant position looking into dementia predisposition in stroke victims at The Florey Institute of Neuroscience & Mental Health under the guidance of Dr Toby Cumming BBSc (Hons), PhD (Cantab). Because of this experience, I am well aware of the ins and outs of studies and trials, and am hoping to pursue a career in research in the behavioural sciences.
I gained membership to the Golden Key Honour Society for academic achievement during my studies at Victoria University and have helped tutor high school students of a refugee background through Edmund Rice Community & Refugee Services in St Albans. I’ve also volunteered as a kitchen hand for FareShare in Abbotsford as part of their commitment to feed rough sleepers and those who live below the poverty line.
Also passionate about photography, techno, and Oxford commas.
