A dedicated individual who is passionate about working in a pro-active and collaborative organisation. As a student of Public Policy and Management, I have demonstrated strong analytical skills to conduct research and develop evidence-based argument on various policy issues. My aim is to research, critically analyse and suggest measures for effective attainment of organisational goals based on evidence-based public and social policy. I am a public servant, working for the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan since 2009. With a professional experience of eight years, I have been actively leading teams, working both in the secretariat and field. As a section officer in the department of Finance, I have been suggesting policies and budget proposals while as an Assistant Commissioner, Peshawar, I have served to implement the policies at district level. I have been awarded Australia Awards Scholarship (AAS) for 2017-18 to pursue a two-years master degree at the University of Melbourne. I was also selected to undertake a three months course on leadership offered by the state government of Victoria which I have successfully completed. This course helped me to further polish my leadership skills and capabilities. Self-motivated, cooperative and highly energetic who is focused on achieving individual as well as organizational goals.
