I have just recently returned from a study abroad program at the University of California in the United States, taking courses that have encouraged my interest in education rights, gender equality, an environmental justice. In the past I have taking on numerous roles that have increased my passion for working with people, these have included organising fundraising projects and a media internship as a host for a large student accommodation company. Beyond these roles my experience overseas has helped me draw correlations and differences in social issues and solutions between the two countries. I am hoping to take on projects and roles in the future that will challenge my previous knowledge and help me develop new skills.
