My major area of study is business development & analysis. I am keen towards Internet & Social media Marketing. To support myself I am casually working in an e-commerce industry. In my current position as an E-commerce operations Specialist for Max pet supplies private ltd, I am responsible for handling multiple operations such as reviewing web performance, end to end order processing, stocktaking, promotion and marketing activities and resolving website & 3rd party platform (Linnworks) issues.
During my studies I am involved in various self and professional development events, such as monthly local meetups & learn digital workshop (Originate by Google) also few courses on Lynda.com and HubSpot. Through all those events and courses, I have been able to gain theoretical understanding only. I have a knowledge about the overall process using features of any kind, but what I want to learn is inside of the system which I will only be able to get by working in an industry. I famine learning varied skills with a broader industry vision and fresh perspectives.
However, for getting myself ready for the future workplace, I obtained my Google AdWords and HubSpot Inbound marketing certifications this year.
Moreover, I am also engaged with freelancing of social media management for an overseas company. Regarding my ability to meet the specific requirements for the internship you will find me a skilled communicator and fun loving digital influencer.
