I am a recent graduate from the University of Melbourne, having gained a First Class Honours in my Bachelor of Arts (Honours), majoring in Media & Communications and Politics. I am enrolled to begin a Masters in Political Communication in the UK in September. Over the past four years I have had a rich variety of employment and volunteering experiences, including interning at VICE Media and Express Media, working as a librarian at a university library and as a VCE English tutor both privately and through companies. I have also been involved on a voluntary basis with the Melbourne International Film Festival, Writers' Festival, SYN Media, the Brunswick Asylum Seeker Welcome Centre and with the Victorian Greens. I am passionate about current affairs, community media, music, and European languages. In my spare time I have enjoyed editing university and college magazines, presenting radio shows, and leading a women's subcommittee at Ormond College. I am interested in expanding my skill set in the marketing and communications industry.
