I am a driven and exciting person that never says no to a challenge. I am looking for experience in the field of business to build upon the knowledge I have already obtained from my Bachelor degree.
I have two units of my Bachelor of Commerce to complete and recently completed my Diploma of Chinese (Mandarin) at Deakin University. I have studied the language for nine years now and am hoping to use it in my future employment. My major sequence of study for my Bachelor of Commerce is International Business. This entails my development and understanding of global management, supply chain management, information systems and most significantly a detailed exploration of economics.
I play football for Sandringham Zebras in the VFL and was recently appointed as Co-Captain for season 2018. I enjoy playing with my friends and the exercise that comes with being outside and participating in the game. I also enjoy surfing, therefore when I can I attempt to get down to the beach to relieve the stress of everyday life and relax out in the surf.
I have worked at AFL Victoria for the past three years implementing government sporting schools and Auskick programs in primary schools across the south-east of Melbourne. This was a rewarding job where I developed my teaching and coaching skills dramatically. My skills regarding connecting with stakeholders, such as teachers, clients, colleagues and the community significantly improved.
I have conducted work experience at companies such as Langham Hotel, where I worked in the HR department, as concierge and in materials management. I also experienced working in the events department for TLA Worldwide where I was assisting with the Chevrolet Brasil Global Tour, when Brazil played against Australia and Argentina in soccer at the MCG in 2017.
