I started my university education doing a Bachelor of Science, however, realised my strengths were better utilised completing a Bachelor of Business Managment (Sustainability) and (International Business) at the St Lucia campus of the University of Queensland.
My insight of working on Wagyu farm since creation and assistant manager in the Hospitality industry has provided an intrinsic hands-on experience for cradle to grave knowledge in product supply chains.
