I am currently in final semester of Masters degree at Griffith University, majoring in International Business. I am highly passionate about the events industry and aspire to continue working in the constantly changing and fast paced sporting environment of the event industry after my job at Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth games.
My internship experience with Australian Federal Government has introduced me to direct and indirect marketing. I worked closely with local businesses in understanding the implications of Australian budget. Additionally, working at SIBA helped me develop different marketing and promotional strategies while enhancing my interpersonal skills and boosting the sales of the company by a significant percentage. I created and implemented business development strategies by identifying the market demand.
I have a keen interest in the strategy and planning aspects behind a business and events, particularly in the digital marketing, recruitment and management areas. I have gained strong communication, research, analysis, strategy, problem solving, leadership, people management skills throughout my studies, internships and work experience.
I am a kind, well mannered, tenacious, motivated, passionate and driven individual who approaches everything with a can do attitude, determination and a smile. I am diligent, respectful and fair; I believe that diversity enriches both the workplace and the world we live in.
