I would like to introduce myself and illustrate my motivation in detail.
I finished my studies (Bachelor and Master in Economics) back in Germany and I am planning for my phd in International Economics with the specialization in Development Economics at La Trobe University.
During my studies I already did work in different positions and especially in customer services and gained experience in Excel and CRM databases.
Additionally I studied during my degrees each for one semester abroad in Turkey, China, Greece and Australia. In China I had also the chance to get an internship for 3 months at the Embassy of Lebanon in Beijing. Furthermore I had the opportunity to work as a Trainee at PwC Luxembourg (Asset and Wealth Management/Marketing).
I am convinced that through my academic knowledge, the international focus of my university degrees and my interest in getting to know a foreign culture, I am well suited as a candidate for any customer service position.
