I am a final year Communications student at Deakin University that throughout my undergraduate degree has committed to volunteer opportunities in the non profit and events sector. I have worked diligently in the hospitality industry as a way to compliment my skills outside of academia and serve my community with integrity, professionalism and service. In my 12 years working in small business I have developed strong interpersonal skills and an ability to problem solve in a stressful environment with resilience. I enjoy team work and leadership opportunities, as well as being of assistance to others to develop the greatest outcomes. I value strong communication skills and organisation driven by focused and passionate coworkers and peers.
