About Joseph
I look forward to learning, first-hand, the in’s and outs of a leading organisation with a renowned presence; Australia Post has long been my employer of choice. I am eager to make an impact in a way that matters for my clients and society, tackling real-world issues. To have world-class capabilities as Australia Post does, the graduate team must not only provide excellent, efficient and timely solutions, but do so in a unique and creative way. During my long-standing career at Australia Post, I look to discover how I can contribute in a forward-thinking organisation, while leveraging my broad education and passion for entrepreneurial economics, demonstrated during my tenure as Intern for the Indonesian Government, President of Enactus Curtin University and Co-founder of our community empowerment social enterprise. I believe in the influence that high levels of innovation and entrepreneurship have to an economy and creating new ventures, as such I am passionate about making a positive difference to people in the economic and social communities I belong to. Alongside my international study of economics, I’ve focused on becoming a value-driven leader that blends my competitive spirit and desire to succeed with a sense of integrity and give something back.
More specifically, I can utilise my broad international education and professional experiences to provide a unique contribution – to innovate in a collaborative environment. Leveraging my education to draw inferences from the analysis of non-experimental data, to create more constructive and effective evidence-based solutions and policies.
I am looking to join a forward-thinking organisation where I can assist in creating efficiencies in a diverse and dynamic department, along the way, contribute in collaborative environments for my country.
