Career Objectives - To establish myself within an expanding company so as to be able to contribute to the many different aspects of the company whilst striving for personal career growth, both excelling individually and collaborating with the wider business network
Currently I am completing my Bachelors of Commerce, majoring in finance and business analytics. Throughout this course it has equipped me with a broad range of skills and knowledge.
I have learnt a wide range of skills through my work experience. I worked at McDonald's for 5 years. Here I had the role of being an area supervisor and crew trainer. Working at McDonald's helped me to develop my ability to work in fast paced environments, to communicate effectively with my peers, to lead and to work efficiently and to a high standard. Currently I am now working at Telstra as a Sales Consultant / Customer Advisor. This role involves me interacting face to face with customers, answering customers enquiries, resolving bill enquiries and selling Telstra products. This has taught me to quickly build rapport with customers and staff, to problem solve and to quickly adapt to change.
Lastly I am currently a youth deacon for my local church. This involves me leading a team of 8 leaders who together organise fortnightly events for youth ages children within the local community. This has further taught me how to lead a team, to create and implement budgets and to train staff.
I believe that my formal studies, my work and leadership experience and my eagerness to grow has given me the necessary skills and knowledge to grow and achieve as a working professional.
