Originally from Scotland, I arrived in Australia 7 years ago to travel. I fell in love with country and decided to stay. Over the past 7 years, I have gradually grown passionate about health and well being, in particular plant based nutrition. I have a strong desire to help people become the best possible version of them self through changing their lifestyle. The past 3 years at Deakin studying Health Science have been such a pleasure, I've gained so much knowledge and I'm so excited to get out there in the health field to share it.
