I am a high achiever and passionate go-getter, with 4 years of customer experience, as well as Co-founding my own NGO in the nutrition and education field. I have been responsible for managing stakeholders and projects, fostering client relationships, as well as researching and developing donation strategies. As someone who has an interest in how people think, see and feel the world, I love to put myself in the user’s shoes and use research to gain a deeper understanding of current and future users. I believe research is the foundation of any company wanting to understand what their user needs are, and because of this I want to champion research within product, business and empower design companies to conduct research continually.
