Having a dedicated passion for food and cooking, I have worked my way up in the hospitality industry to the position of Head Chef - my long term goal would be to one day open my own restaurant. I've recently left my job at Cafenatics in Melbourne CBD as head chef – and I feel as though it is now time for me to start a new cooking adventure.
