My name is Sherie. I graduated Federation University in Ballarat at the end of 2017 with a Bachelors of Business where I majored in Human Resource Management.
I have almost six years experience working in retail at a school uniform store in Belmont, Victoria. Here, I helped out parents and their school aged children get their school uniform and fit them out in it to last them for at least two years. I loved the interactions I would have with customers especially with new Prep children who were always super excited to try on their uniforms. I would always be delighted when parents would openly express how easy and stress free coming into the store was
I also worked at Child and Family Services in Ballarat as a Human Resource Project Officer. I thoroughly enjoyed this job as it was a lot of administration work and this is something I tend to enjoy. I also loved all the learning opportunities I had at this job and being able to apply what I had learnt in the classroom in the workforce.
I would describe my personality as being bubbly, friendly and hardworking. I'm always up for a chat but if work needs to be done, I will put my head down and complete it.
I love being able to help people in any way that I can and therefore, as a side business, I life coach.
