I'm Daniel Marroquin, a full-stack web developer that has recently graduated from General Assembly. I am also a freelancer that goes by the alias RoqDraw, where I do graphic design and illustration.
My ultimate aim is to simultaneously upgrade my skills and switch careers as a Full-Stack Web Developer using languages such as HTML, CSS, JS and Ruby. With this as my future and my background as a designer I aim to combine and utilize both digital and analogue disciplines to create new applications that will allow me to seek new and exciting opportunities.
My artistic portfolio consists of portraying characters in their independent mythologies with repeated concepts of animals, graffiti, martial arts, Mesoamerica, Japanophiia, urban culture and mysticism. Bold colours, furious expressions, exaggerated anatomy, dynamic line-work, intricate detail and relative symbolism are interwoven in my visual language.
I look forward to using my newly learnt skills to create useful web applications for companies and businesses that appreciates creative endeavours.
