I am an active creative person not only in my field but also learn quickly when I need to interact with other related fields. I have recently completed an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management at Chisholm Institute in Melbourne, Australia. My course was focus on electives in operational areas such as financial and business management, marketing, event management, reservations, legal obligations, health and safety procedures, human resource management and sustainable business practices. I have worked at several restaurants and hospitality related areas with 7 years of experience and rising. During that time, I worked in many positions (waitress, barista, customer relation, leader, manager assistant and supervisor) learning a lot of knowledge and experiences (full details will be in my CV). After returning to school, I have completed my Advanced Management course in Restaurant Management and develop more professional skills. Now that I have strengthened my professional knowledge and more confident, I am ready to take on greater responsibilities and challenges in my chosen career.
