Currently, I am doing my Master in Information and Communications Technology which is expected to be completed in 2020. Prior to this, I had been exposed in various ETL projects doing SQL/unix scripting for almost 7 years. I was also directly involved in configuration and installation of NICE performance management application and voice analytics software(Nexidia).
