I am running an earrings studio while studying. The reason why I established this studio is that I want to put what I have learnt from books into practice. I listed everyday tasks and established priorities in order to balance study and work. I am seeking to experience different things and force myself to step out the comfort zone. Therefore, I was a committee in a student organization and in activity department. I was responsible for planning the activities with team members, leading several activities and collaborating with marketing department for promoting events, such as flyers distribution. Then, I applied for a four-month internship to experience work related tasks. The major task that I did is to design, distribute and analyse a questionnaire. Also, I composed reminder emails to customers and reported weekly to the senior manager. As I mentioned at the beginning, I am running an earrings studio. I am really proud that my studio is invited to participate in an artist’s event, which is called RAW. We have sold around 300 dollars within three hours. Besides, I am responsible for dealing with any service failures. It was challenging at first, but I solved them by offering help with any faulty earrings, giving free gifts or discounts and writing cards to express the apology. After I became an entrepreneur, my eagerness to learn increased and I want to experience more roles to explore my potential.
