Currently, I am studying Masters of Information Systems at University of Melbourne, Parkville Campus, with which I was awarded per quarter scholarship for a tenue of 2 years by Unimelb’s Engineering School. Currently, I am enrolled in a 6 months internship at Metro Trains Australia as an IT Service Transition and Service Management intern for the Australasian Railway Association’s (ARA) - Railway Industry Worker Programme (RIW), commenced from 10th December 2018, and ending on 7th June 2019. Before this, I completed my Bachelors in Computer Sciences and Technology in 2016 from India, along with 2 years’ of experience as a Business Development Associate at an Education Application firm for 6 months and as an Administrative Manager at an Inclusive and Interactive Designing Studio for 16 months.
I have experience in working through Customer Support, Customer’s Requirements Analysis, Service Design, Transition and Post Go-live phases of the Project Lifecycle at an Organisational Level. I have also worked with the Oracle Customer Management Solutions while as an intern in Metro Trains Australia to create the scripts and solutions for the RIW Programme. This includes understanding, analysing and designing an organisation-wide Service Management Plan on the trails of ITIL v3.0 Framework, BPMN diagrams and processes, User Acceptance Testing strategies, test cases, scripts and data for the industry wide testers, conducting workshops and working group meetings on weekly basis with the stakeholders and governance committee, designing data migration approaches, Risk Registers and Business Continuity Plan for Threat and Risk Assessment Audits from the scratch with the help of meetings and weekly workshops with the stakeholders, partners, employees and Cyber Security Auditors, designing and assessing the organisation’s ISMS- ISO27001 scope, assisting in data privacy audits with gap analysis, key findings and closely working with the various data privacy auditors such as KPMG- Melbourne and Herbert Smith Freehills for Organisation’s Data Privacy Policy, Privacy Management Framework, APP findings and Privacy Impact Assessment Reports.
Apart from this, I hold an experience in assessing and managing cross cultural teams and clients’ requirements for providing transition and BAU support via Incident Management Framework and Business Continuity Plan as per ITIL v3.0 Framework and supporting the same through interviews, phone calls and even international video conferencing. Also, I have 1.5 years of experience working in group projects like designing and solving case studies with Enterprise Architectural Frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman Framework, user experience designing, theoretical protype designing, case study analysis with Service Science and IT-Business approaches
