I look after the day to day operations of a customer service team who service over 500,000 visitors annually. In addition to this, my role is very much one of a problem solver as I am continually implementing change into areas that were once inefficient or out of date. I will always try and push the limits of systems we currently have to get the most out of them before looking at upgrades.

I took on a temporary assignment within the Food & Beverage team to manage a few concurrent projects pertaining to upgrades within Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Here I was involved with the setup, implementation and employee training of a new Point of Sale and Inventory Management system (Fedelta POS). In addition to this, I conducted on-the-job training for the operational team.
