Technical Assistant

Prepare contract plans showing internal and external layouts of the buildingsas well as full working drawings showing site plan with pad levels and calculation of cut & fill, batter and driveway. Analyse sales concepts, and prepare preliminary sketches and detailed instructions. Liaise with estimators, site supervisors, local council, engineers and developers. Produce 3D renders.
