I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduate with majors in marketing and management. My education predominantly focuses on how business performance can be improved through better practices. Core to my study is the development of a customer focus, humanising their needs and ensuring actions are conducted with them in mind.
In addition to being passionate about improving business processes, I am also passionate about innovation through technology. As a result, I have also studied a concurrent Diploma in Informatics at the University of Melbourne. With this, I developed competencies in many excited areas such as usability design, web development, programming and machine learning, expanding my knowledge as to how technology can augment both businesses and quality of life.
