Master of IT graduate from Macquarie University specializing in Networking and Security. I have a little over 4 years of IT experience out of which 3 years has been as a Network Support Consultant. I have previously done CCNA (Cisco), MSCA (Microsoft), and CCSA (Checkpoint) certifications.
I am looking to continue my career in the networking and security field and enhance my knowledge and experience. My recent qualification has given me the knowledge and exposure to the vast field of IT. My study included units such as security management, forensics, network and OS security. This knowledge coupled with my past experience working in actual IT surroundings has given me the tools to work in any area of Information Technology, and with my work experience I am already trained in office etiquette.
My long-term future plans are to work for a few years in the networking and security field and then doing a major industry certification such as CISSP or CISA. My short term future plan is to do a certification in Cloud Computing.
