Pursued my bachelors in engineering in electronics and communication at SEC affiliated by Anna University, Chennai, INDIA. After going through the foundation levels, during my second year started taking classes and internship from kaizen robotics lab (IIT Madras, INDIA start up). Which later helped me in building a good basement for the robotics. The Final year project was awarded the best in the department .Here is where I had a newfound interest for communication and programming stuffs which I took it to the next level by joining in a quality assurance firm Maveric -Systems Limited. After multiple screening levels and interviews I was selected in the top 35 (selected from different universities), who will be getting a sponsored education from one of the top B-schools in India in management and IT subjects. This course was a tailor-made course, EPGPFSIA (executive post graduate program in Finance Services and IT assurance) bridging both management and technical subjects from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, INDIA. This gave me an overview about management and as well technical knowledge. On successful completion, I interned at same organisation Based upon my ability to understand things fast and quick, after a year of internship they offered me a job and deployed me in a transformation project as a senior test engineer to handle couple of critical modules. On other side I was good at documenting things and following up. This bought me an opportunity to work with my lead at client place in middle east to understand their requirements and to do analysis on it. This was very challenging since I was the youngest of the lot and on successful attempts, I happened to travel to others project as well for the same, which was the role of a subject matter expert or a technical analyst. From being an intern , to being given an opportunity to become an senior test engineer / senior quality analyst at clients place so early in my career , I realised I was considered and reliable and I lived up to the organisation’s expectations , thereby sealing a place in the firm and leaving a mark. I have worked with different telecommunication clients in the Middle east at clients location and offshore as well for project procurement , CRM , ERP , Billing Systems , Mediation , Initial analysis ( feasibility ) , Green Field Implementation ( smoke tests ) , requirement gathering , QA assurance , Software testing , Integration testing , Automation – Service Virtualization , Solution Integration , Test Design , RTA Matrix and also worked for QA and testing for Banking Domain as well – Finacle and Temenos applications.
