I was an integral member of the administration team utilised across the CTP space within the company. I liaised with claimants, providers, other insurers and Governmental agencies within my role. I assisted claims consultants in completion of letters and other communication to external stakeholders. Furthermore, I screened claims before they were assigned to consultants to review work needed.

As part of the claims support team, I assisted claims consultants in completion of payments, handling phone queries and general administration. Additionally, I was also trained and completed Exceptions tasks, routing incorrect claim details to the correct ones. I was one of the only staff in the state who performed this task for the company.
