Hello! My name is Samuel Chappuis and I'm a passionate secondary teacher.
Apart from teaching students in the classroom, I have a love of Travel, Fashion, Tennis and Football. I also try to embed these loves into my lesson content. I'm qualified to educate all areas of Mathematics from Year 7-12 (including Extension 1 and 2). I believe the most crucial factor in education is the development of character through positive teacher/student relationships to allow students to become upstanding citizens of the world.
One of my all time life goals is to make other people happy! I feel that being an educator is a great way to achieve this goal as I will be constantly interacting with so many different people and playing an important role in their lives. During my own schooling life, I was inspired by the amazing teachers that I had who encouraged me and always let me know they cared, as a teacher myself, I would love to do the same! My aim is to become a well-respected, fun and passionate educator!
