About Cece
I'm a dreamer and thinker. I think about myself as a mediocre person everyday to push myself towards the boundaries. I prefer thinking this way when others often think of themselves as competent and potential individuals, not because I don't believe in myself but I don't enjoy the fact that I believe in myself. We should always be dubious to thrive to the fullest, not in a negative way but a positive "I can do more than that" attitude.
Being a Public Relations undergrad at Deakin University offered numerous precious opportunities for me to follow my interests and passion. I got to engage in practical scenarios in PR and related industries such as planning PR tactics for Manningham City Council, Melbourne or creating Design Thinking projects for Australian young adults. Throughout the projects, I learned more about myself as a creative who has the "creativity thirst" syndrome, a term I invented myself to imply creatives who never satisfied with their ideas and always evaluate them with "Not good" and "Not practical" judgment.
I enjoy myself best when I'm in a creative environment filled with other creatives with different opinions and ideas. The ultimate goal for my youth is to explore as much as I can and find as many opportunities to create as possible. I have been seeking these throughout the years, along the way I became the PR Intern for Vietnam National University, MCs of ICCSAMA 2019 (International Conference on Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and Applications), University Annual Welcoming event, and 2 other events. I also became the Ambassador of Beyond Melbourne Embassadors Project and the Volunteer Translator of TED.
I'm gonna seek more opportunities to embrace myself and devote myself as a part of a larger community. I'd love to expand my networks and meet people from different parts of the world who share the same vision with me!
