I’m passionate about taking technical and analytical professionals and helping them evolve into better leaders through the improvement of their mindset and communication skills. I’m driven by the genuine growth of these individuals and the impact it has on their organisations.
I believe that many technical and analytical leaders are outstanding at what they do, though often leadership and communication skills are not natural strengths. I strongly believe that having been both a technical expert and a leader I can leave a legacy of better leaders and better sales professionals who were not ‘built’ for this, but who found themselves here.
