I help people listen attentively, foster their curiosity, explore opportunities, find focus, strengthen their leadership skills, and better understand their purpose. I empower teams to reflect and speak openly, with passion and vision.
I engage an open innovation process, use a design thinking approach and lean startup methodologies.

I regularly teach Creative Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership at University of Technology (UTS), University of Sydney (USyd), Charles Sturt, and UNSW Art & Design.
