I'm Tom Henderson.
I live on Gadigal country in Sydney. I run a training and facilitation practice called Polykala. I've been working in the field for the past decade in a range of contexts. I love my work, I love working with people and the challenges they face in their teams, organisations and communities.
My side-projects are food growing and beekeeping and I'm constantly finding connections between the 'natural' world and the social world's we create.
