Harvard trained leadership development facilitator, actor, and human geographer (PhD - University of Wollongong) specialising in working with the not-for-profit sector to identify their adaptive challenge and craft meaningful responses to them.
The Adaptive Leadership Framework Polykala uses grew out of the work of its co-founders Ronald Heifetz and Martin Linsky at Harvard University, who have spent the last 30 years developing leadership art and practice. We combine the A.L framework with experiential learning underpinned by Playback and Forum Theatre. These improvisation forms of practice allows clients and participants the opportunity to convert ideas into embodied actions.
Polykala provides customised short and long-term training programs designed to democratise leadership and catalyse social change.
