Hello, my name is Rachel Grinnell and I'm currently looking for a job in Early Childhood and Care Services. I am currently studying my Diploma of Early Childhood and Care. I have prior to this volunteered at my children's school to help with the literacy and numeracy programs and subsequently am a qualified Teachers Aide. It has been my goal to work with children to help assist these young minds with their learning to become capable, successful and confident learners. I have been successful at raising my own family and I attribute this success to my ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once. This flexibility helps me to deal with many situations with different personalities and learning styles. I believe it is hugely important to enjoy what you do as working is such a big part of your life.
