Hi, I am a Sydney University Science graduate with an interest in nutrition, food, biochemistry and molecular biology. This has enabled me to study a Masters Degree in Food Science at Western Sydney University whilst also complimenting my studies with subjects in public health and Agriculture. Outside of the classroom, I am an avid sports fan who follows anything and everything. I also compete in Lightweight Rowing which takes up much of my spare time. When I am not in a boat, following the latest sports results or studying, you'll often find me hunting for the best cup of coffee.
