With the combination of strong academic results and the willingness to strive my very best with your guidance, I believe that I am a most suitable candidate for the position. My current academic standing is at 3.3 GPa, with two letters of commendations throughout 7 semesters of studies. Reflected through my academic excellence is my hard-working attitude, willingness to learn new things, co-operation with good team mates and perseverance to overcome obstacles in all my assignments. Apart from these, I am also a proficient user of MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Sidra and AutoCAD Civil 3D for efficient assignment planning, rapid calculations and on-point design sketches.
Academically aside, I am also an active volunteer in participating voluntary programs in RMIT. During my undergraduate years, I have engaged in voluntary work as RMIT student ambassador, Civil Engineering course mentor and mentor for international students. These positions require strong interpersonal skills and teamwork qualities with fellow university mates. Atop of studying and working in voluntary programs, I am also an active participant in part time jobs. I believe that it allows me to practice time management skills and teamwork qualities ??? qualities that are crucial to strive in this field. My ability in paying attention to meticulous details has earnt me 2nd place in Steel Beam Competition last year and also praise from my employer at Papparich, Chadstone.
