Recently exited eQALY, where I led an early stage VC backed SaaS startup servicing Aged Care and NDIS providers. I looked after the product, branding & customer success strategy. We worked with a team of developers here in Sydney, and I owned our client onboarding as well as day to day operations such as talent acquisition, budget management, governance and fundraising.
