I have served Anglicare Sydney for 13 years. In 2010, I had taken the role of Purchasing Officer with Administrative functions which had an added duty of managing Security of staff, assets and building. I was essentially involved in management of the Insight Professional Software by Inner Range. I learnt the software and created an easy-use instruction manual for my new manager and trained him. I was the first point of call for security issues in my manager’s absence. I have some exposure to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) out of interest. This role had peaked my interest in Security and I am currently in the second year of my Bachelor’s Degree on Security and Counter-Terrorism. I intend to build a career in Counter-Terrorism Analysis. With a very keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills honed over 20 years of administrative and 6 years of purchasing experience, I had managed high volume of work with precision. I have been commended for my customer support skills and I live by the motto – listen carefully, speak clearly, and adapt intelligently.
