My name is Swendy and I am in my third an final year of studying a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management). Currently I am looking for further experience in recruitment before I finish my degree. So far I have accrued experience through working at a fast pace retail company where I was in charge of recruiting over 30 candidates for my store alone for the busy christmas period and was also honoured with being involved in the process of interviewing christmas casual candidates for the company. For my store, after hiring over 30 candidates we kept on 15 of those casuals which is quite unusual for any store in the company. This excellent rate is due to rigorous hiring and training processes conducted by not only myself but the management team. I hope to bring these skills and to develop them through further experience.
