I am qualified and professional Digital Media Assistant with a solid background experience in media & communications in not-for-profit environment and government broadcasting in Iran and at ABC and SBS Radio in Australia.
As an enthusiastic and goal-driven bilingual person with over ten years’ experience in media and communications industry, I have proven ability to plan, develop and implement communications and marketing strategies.
I have considerable experience in content management systems and experience in networking with media and using social media to creative positive images and engender meaningful dialogue.
I am an exceptionally motivated and enthusiastic professional Media Assistant, with several years’ experience in media and communications industry. In my previous role as Media Assistant at SBS, I created and oversee the writing of media releases and newsletters, and I handled all media enquiries. I also liaised regularly with SBS staff to discuss and refined our media and communications strategies.
I have also been responsible for creating content for the SBS Radio`s Website and expanding our research through the use of various social media platforms, which have brought us into more direct contact with our constituents.
I have demonstrated ability to implement public relations programs which proven through practical experience at Art Media Group as a Communication officer in Iran, Executive Producer Assistant with SBS in Australia; including writing approved media releases, liaison with local media outlets and developing an approved public awareness campaign.
I am fully qualified (Distinction Grade), with a Master of Media and Communication from Swinburne University of technology. I am also well versed in a range of legislation relevant to my role at SBS, including Law, Financial and Media landscapes.
