About Eleanor

I am in my first year of the University of Melbourne's Master of Environment program. I am looking to specialise in sustainable food production systems and behaviour/social change.
I have experience in organic fruit and vegetable production work, having spent 2 months volunteering at Epicurean Harvest in Blackheath/Hartley in NSW in 2017, along with volunteering at the Melbourne University Community Garden and within my undergraduate degree (Agricultural Science specialising in Horticulture).
I also worked as a policy and technical officer at the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources in Canberra for 2 years from 2015-2016.
I am currently the Secretary of the Postgraduate Environment Network at the University of Melbourne as well as a student representative on the Academic Advisory Committee for the Office of Environmental Programs.
I am an extremely enthusiastic and friendly worker who is considerate, professional and positive. I like to question assumptions and think through situations to find the best way of doing things.
