Currently studying HR Management at RMIT, while working part time as an accounts assistant. This introduction to the business industry has allowed me to develop administrative capacities and recognise areas of interest for my future career. I volunteer in my spare time and I am a big believer in social responsibility and corporate social responsibility, I reflect my beliefs in my actions and would also like to reflect this social responsibility in my future career.
My end goal is to work with multinational companies to integrate globalisation into business and to promote collaborative working with staff from various locations. Human resources is a passion of mine as I believe valued employees are the key to a productive and successful business.
