I've handled corporate ticketing and assisted them to solve their complicated itineraries to generate the best and convenient route in order to gain customer delight. Experience of hotel and cruise reservation through various online portals and suppliers. • Leadership: Successfully led teams ranging from 5 – 8 people to achieve sales target of the company. Along with this, I've mentored the team in accordance with the training goals set by the company. I have trained teams for group bookings (domestic and international) and have developed the relation with various suppliers which has been beneficial in my career.
