Key responsibilities.  Worked and collaborated with a team of 15 people to develop an Minimal Viable Product(MVP) using design thinking techniques.  Contributed to field research and data analysis to validate product ideas and inform the development of the business case.
Key Achievement. Selected out of 600+ applicants in a highly competitive selection process.
Title: Business Consultant, Asia Australia Mental Health(AAMH) (June - July 2017) A Study Melbourne Project under the Lead, Intern, Volunteer, Experience(LIVE) initiative.
Key responsibilities.
 Involved in communicating with clients and performing accurate requirements gathering.  Prioritised process documentation for transition activities within the team.  Monitored user-generated activity using analytics to evaluate business operations.  Developed social media strategies to bring awareness of mental health issues in India and China.  Designed engaging and innovative content for daily posts on various social media platforms.  Provided AAMH with a business report with current mental health scenarios and action that needs to be implemented in future.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Title: Pharmacy Assistant, Chemist Warehouse (Mar 2017 - Current) A part-time employee working 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities.  Demonstrated organisational skills by ensuring stock is properly managed and replenished.  Monitoring and reporting stock inventory levels including costs and averages.  Maintaining a database of customers and suppliers in Microsoft Access.  Enriching customers through explaining product knowledge and responding to queries.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, AND ACHIEVEMENTS: Title: Paddl Games Metro Scratch Space Challenge ( Sept 2017) The challenge focused on developing ideas and solutions that improve Metro Trains passenger experience during planned and unplanned events.Learnt and applied design thinking and collaborative problem solving to rapidly develop ideas and solutions, and identifying a problem worth solving in under five hours.
Title: RegHack Down Under-Hackathon ( May 2017)
Awarded 2nd position in Melbourne’s first Hackathon in the field of Fintech and Energy to solve regulatory issues. A solution was designed utilising Blockchain technology named as Financial Passport(FinPass) for the gig economy.
Title: Global Leader Experience (April 2017)
Active participation and involvement with Industry leaders in developing a prototype model for making Melbourne the future “Smart City” which was highly recognised by Deputy Mayor (City of Melbourne).
Title: SAP Lumira Analytical Competition (Sep 2016)
Developed a solution for the Homeless people in Victoria using data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics. This involved demonstrating the current and future trends using SAP Lumira tool.
