About Quan

I am a highly driven and hardworking university student who is seeking part-time position in customer services and retail. I have been able to develop my communication and organisational skills due to my previous working experience at Hungry Jacks (2012-2014)and 7-Eleven (2015 to 2016). Along with my volunteer work at various places and various sectors, my leadership skills have greatly improved over time. I have a passion for people and service as I love to help others out. I am highly motivated and always be able to complete a task to the best of my abilities. I am able to communicate fluently in both verbal and non-verbal to customers, making them feel comfortable and satisfied with the customer service provided. I am also able to speak a second language which may also help me communication with them.
